BASILDON:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Basildon for an experienced full time (part-time or job share considered) 4-5 days Dental Practice Manager.
Previous experience of dental practice management is essential for this challenging and rewarding role, as is the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment supported reception team. You will be responsible for the running of a practice, managing the clinical, nursing and support teams and management administration.
We are particularly keen to find somebody with a strong patient focus and desire to develop into a wider management role. This is a good career move for the right candidate who is looking for progression.
The successful candidate will:
- be experienced in dental practice management (knowledge of the R4 system would be an advantage)
- have excellent communication and customer care skills
- have a good understanding and knowledge of NHS, CQC and infection control
- be able to demonstrate good team leadership and practice organisational skills
- be able to ensure the practice meets, legal, health and safety regulations
- Understanding of social media
- have some dental clinical knowledge or nursing experience (GDC registration would be an advantage)
